Common use of Statement of Objectives Clause in Contracts

Statement of Objectives. It is the intention of each council that the DHP budget is targeted to provide support to those who are most in need. Each case will be treated strictly on its own merits and all customers will be treated equally and fairly when the scheme is administered.
