Common use of STATEMENT OF FACTS Clause in Contracts

STATEMENT OF FACTS. Immediately after completion of loading of the materials into vessel and before the sailing of the vessel from the loading Port(s) a statement of facts shall be made out by the vessel’s agent at the loading Port (s) duly signed by and distributed amongst : (a) Master of the vessel /Agent of the vessel at the loading port (b) Agents/Representative(s), if any of the BUYER at the loading port and (c) representative of the SELLER at the loading port.
