Common use of Stated Capital Clause in Contracts

Stated Capital. On the Amalgamation, Amalco shall add to the stated capital account maintained by Amalco for the Amalco Shares an amount equal to the aggregate of (i) the amount of the stated capital account maintained by Pxxxxx Dodge Subco in respect of the common shares of Pxxxxx Dodge Subco immediately prior to the Effective Time and (ii) the amount described in section 3.2(d) hereto.

Stated Capital. On (a) Upon the Amalgamation, Amalco shall add to the stated capital account maintained by Amalco for in respect of the Amalco Shares an amount equal to the aggregate of (i) the amount paid up capital for purposes of the stated capital account maintained by Pxxxxx Dodge Subco in respect Tax Act of the common shares of Pxxxxx Dodge Subco Newco Shares and the Interrobang Shares immediately prior to before the Effective Time and (ii) the amount described in section 3.2(d) heretoTime.

Stated Capital. On Upon the Amalgamation, Amalco shall add to the stated capital account maintained by Amalco for in respect of the Amalco Shares an amount equal to the aggregate of (i) the amount paid up capital for purposes of the stated capital account maintained by Pxxxxx Dodge Subco in respect Tax Act of the common shares of Pxxxxx Dodge Subco Genterra Shares immediately prior to before the Effective Time and (ii) plus the amount described in section 3.2(d) heretoaggregate paid up capital for purposes of the Tax Act of the CMI Shares immediately before the Effective Time.
