Common use of Stated Capital Clause in Contracts

Stated Capital. The stated capital account in the records of Amalco for the Amalco Shares shall be equal to the stated capital attributed to the HempCo Shares and the Newco Shares, determined immediately before the Amalgamation.

Stated Capital. The stated capital account in the records of Amalco for the Amalco Shares shall be equal to the stated capital attributed to the HempCo NorthStar Shares and the Newco Subco Shares, determined immediately before the Amalgamation.
