State Troopers. A. Work Schedules The Trooper work schedules shall be nine (9) hours in length. Prior to June 1 of each calendar year, each State Patrol District, facilitated by the District Lieutenant and the ISTA District Representative, except District 15 and District 16, shall conduct a vote by secret ballot of the road Troopers assigned to that District. Whichever of the two options set out below selected by a majority of the votes cast will be followed by all of the road Troopers in that district commencing on July 1st of that year through June 30 of the following year.

State Troopers. When a reduction in the size of the work force at any State Patrol station becomes necessary, the employee with the least seniority in the job classification from among the employees in the affected station will be transferred first. If the size of the station is increased within two years of any such reduction, the last employee transferred from the station by reason of the reduction shall be the first offered the new position and all such transferred employees shall be offered the position in the inverse order of their transfer before the new position is made available to other members of the State Patrol under Article 21. Any employee returning to a station after transferring out, within the two (2) year period, is not eligible for relocation expenses under Article 20. Upon the request of a more senior employee and approval of the Appointing Authority, a more senior employee may be laid off or transferred out of seniority order. Upon the request of an employee and with the written approval of the Appointing Authority, an employee may reduce his/her hours from full-time or otherwise change his/her employment condition to less than full-time, and may subsequently change his/her hours back to full-time with the written approval of his/her Appointing Authority. Such transactions shall not constitute a layoff or transfer pursuant to this Article.

If both DPS and SPOC do not agree to continue offering Option 2, all road troopers in all districts shall revert to the Option 1 schedule only. . .

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:

  • STATUTORY TAX DISTRICTS If the Property is situated in a utility or other statutorily created district providing water, sewer, drainage, or flood control facilities and services, Chapter 49, Texas Water Code, requires Seller to deliver and Buyer to sign the statutory notice relating to the tax rate, bonded indebtedness, or standby fee of the district prior to final execution of this contract.

  • Office Space for Receiver and Corporation For the period commencing on the day following Bank Closing and ending on the one hundred eightieth (180th) day thereafter, the Assuming Bank agrees to provide to the Receiver and the Corporation, without charge, adequate and suitable office space (including parking facilities and vault space), furniture, equipment (including photocopying and telecopying machines), email accounts, network access and technology resources (such as shared drive) and utilities (including local telephone service and fax machines) at the Bank Premises occupied by the Assuming Bank for their use in the discharge of their respective functions with respect to the Failed Bank. In the event the Receiver and the Corporation determine that the space provided is inadequate or unsuitable, the Receiver and the Corporation may relocate to other quarters having adequate and suitable space and the costs of relocation and any rental and utility costs for the balance of the period of occupancy by the Receiver and the Corporation shall be borne by the Assuming Bank. Additionally, the Assuming Bank agrees to pay such bills and invoices on behalf of the Receiver and Corporation as the Receiver or Corporation may direct for the period beginning on the date of Bank Closing and ending on Settlement Date. Assuming Bank shall submit it requests for reimbursement of such expenditures pursuant to Article VIII of this Agreement.

  • Accreditation of Online Schools The District will implement a system of accrediting its online schools, as defined in section 22-30.7- 102(9.5), C.R.S. This system shall adhere to section 00-00-000, C.R.S., including a review of the online school’s alignment to the quality standards outlined in section 22-30.7-105(3)(b), C.R.S., and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in accordance with section 22-30.7-103(3)(m), C.R.S.
