STANDARD FORM GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS (May 22, 2019) The following general conditions are for use with all construction contracts with the State of Vermont, administered through the Department of Buildings and General Services. These general conditions will be attached to, and become part of, the Contract Documents. If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions stated in these general conditions and the terms and conditions contained in the State-Contractor Agreement; the terms of the State-Contractor Agreement control.
