Common use of State of Israel Clause in Contracts

State of Israel. In contracts worth $100,000 or more in value, if Contractor is a Company as defined by Texas Government Code § 808.001 with 10 or more full- time employees, and Contractor is not a sole proprietorship, Contractor represents and warrants that, pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2270.002, Contractor does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of any contract executed with TWC.
