  • General Terms and Conditions In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this Agreement, and intending to be legally bound, pursuant to Section 252 of the Act, Verizon and CBB hereby agree as follows:

  • Governing Terms and Conditions If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract, the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement.   • Insurance Terms and Conditions Company must maintain the following limits and coverages uninterrupted or amended through the term of this Agreement.   • Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed. Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program.
