STATE MITIGATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. 7.1 STATE will not request, nor will the [ ] recommend, any mitigation measures that fall outside the scope of Section 7. In order to determine and mitigate impacts generated by a proposed development to the State transportation system, the STATE shall identify any development impacts to the State facilities and shall determine the appropriate mitigation measures based upon the policies and procedures outlined herein. The STATE shall request the mitigation measures that are reasonably related and proportional to a development's impact on State transportation facilities.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.

In the absence of a bed hold, the resident is not guaranteed readmission unless the resident is eligible for Medicaid and requires the services provided by the facility.   • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence.   • DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY It is the policy of the Office of General Services’ New York State Procurement (NYSPro) to provide vendors with an opportunity to administratively resolve disputes, complaints or inquiries related to NYSPro bid solicitations, contract awards and contract administration.
