STATE Information Management System Access. If STATE grants COUNTY access to Protected Information maintained in a STATE information management system (including a STATE “legacy” system) or in any other STATE application, computer, or storage device of any kind, then COUNTY agrees to comply with any additional system- or application-specific requirements as directed by STATE.
