STATE ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN. CONTRACTOR agrees to recognize and comply with the mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency in the State Energy Conservation Plan Title 23 and 24, the California Code of Regulations, as required by the U.S. Energy, Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-165).
