State Certifications a. Pursuant to Section 231.006, Texas Family Code (relating to child support), the CONTRACTOR, by signing this Contract, certifies that it is not ineligible to receive a payments under this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

State Certifications. As requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time, copies of annual state certification reports on each of the Facilities and all statement of deficiencies and plans of correction with respect to such deficiencies.

  • Additional Certifications Any certificate signed by any director or officer of the Corporation and delivered to an Agent or to counsel for such Agent in connection with an offering of Notes or the sale of Notes to an Agent as principal shall be deemed a representation and warranty by the Corporation to such Agent as to the matters covered thereby on the date of such certificate and at each Representation Date subsequent thereto.
