State Certifications a. Pursuant to Section 231.006, Texas Family Code (relating to child support), the CONTRACTOR, by signing this Contract, certifies that it is not ineligible to receive a payments under this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
State Certifications. As requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time, copies of annual state certification reports on each of the Facilities and all statement of deficiencies and plans of correction with respect to such deficiencies.
State Certifications. The Employer agrees to pay for the full-time Mechanic's state certification and up to one (1) other state required test per year (state certifications listed below), provided the employee remains under County employment in the Mechanic position for a minimum of one (1) year. In the event the employee does not remain in the Mechanic position for the one (1) year minimum, the employee shall pay the Employer for the cost of all certifications paid for by the Employer in the previous one
State Certifications. The Employer or Employer-Courts will notify the employees each year of State licensing needs. The Employer or Employer-Courts will pay for certifications required by the job description.
State Certifications. The Lessee shall, as soon as -------------------- practicable, cause to be issued directly to it all certifications and approvals required to enable it to directly operate and maintain the Equipment and perform the MGS Services. As soon as possible after receipt of the necessary certifications and approvals by the Lessee, the Lessee shall terminate the portion of the Services Agreement pursuant to which one or more of its affiliated parties has been providing the corresponding portion of the MGS Services.

State Certifications. Provider shall execute and comply with all governmental requirements applicable to the Covered Services being provided under this Contract, but not limited to the required State Certifications set forth in Appendix A and incorporated herein by reference.
