Schools are eligible for such funds upon approval of their plans for such funds either by the District or CDE as required or evidence of students enrolled in the School that are eligible for such funds, if applicable. To the extent School qualifies for Amendment 23 funds, and any of the same are disbursed from the state through the District, District shall promptly disburse such funds to the School upon receipt.
