State Board Rules. The Charter School shall operate in accordance with all State Board Rules promulgated in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 20-2-240 during the term herein that are not subject to any waiver granted in Section 6 above.
State Board Rules. That body of rules adopted by the Department of Education of the State of Florida and directives issued by the Commissioner of the Department of Education to clarify and implement state statutes which relate to education in the State of Florida.
State Board Rules. DJJ will abide by all State Board of Education rules and SBBC policies and procedures relating to Youth Services/Dropout Prevention Programs. The SBBC will abide by DJJ policies and procedures regarding Juvenile Delinquency Programs.
