Common use of STATE AUDIT Clause in Contracts

STATE AUDIT. 12 Pursuant to Government Code Section 8546.7, CITY and COUNTY shall be 13 subject to examination and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three (3) 14 years after final payment by CITY to COUNTY under this Agreement. CITY 15 and COUNTY shall retain all records relating to the performance of this 16 Agreement for said three-year period, except that those records pertaining to 17 any audit then in progress, or to any claim or litigation, shall be retained beyond 18 said three-year period, until final resolution of said audit, claim or litigation.

STATE AUDIT. 12 8 Pursuant to Government Code Section 8546.7, CITY and COUNTY shall be 13 9 subject to examination and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three (3) 14 10 years after final payment by CITY to COUNTY under this Agreement. CITY 15 and 11 COUNTY shall retain all records relating to the performance of this 16 Agreement 12 for said three-year period, except that those records pertaining to 17 any audit then 13 in progress, or to any claim claims or litigation, shall be retained beyond 18 said three-three- 14 year period, until final resolution of said audit, claim or litigation.

CITY 15 and 14 COUNTY shall retain all records relating to the performance of this 16 Agreement 15 for said three-year period, except that those records pertaining to 17 any audit then 16 in progress, or to any claim claims or litigation, shall be retained beyond 18 said 17 three-year period, period until final resolution of said audit, claim or litigation.

STATE AUDIT. 12 4 Pursuant to Government Code Section 8546.7, CITY and COUNTY shall be 13 5 subject to examination and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three (3) 14 6 years after final payment by CITY to COUNTY under this Agreement. CITY 15 and 7 COUNTY shall retain all records relating to the performance of this 16 Agreement 8 for said three-year period, except that those records pertaining to 17 any audit then 9 in progress, or to any claim or litigation, shall be retained beyond 18 said three-year 10 period, until final resolution of said audit, claim or litigation.

STATE AUDIT. 12 27 Pursuant to Government Code Section 8546.7, CITY and COUNTY shall be 13 subject to 28 examination and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three (3) 14 years after final 1 payment by CITY to COUNTY under this Agreement. CITY 15 and COUNTY shall retain 2 all records relating to the performance of this 16 Agreement for said three-year period, 3 except that those records pertaining to 17 any audit then in progress, or to any claim claims or 4 litigation, shall be retained beyond 18 said three-year period, until final resolution of said 5 audit, claim or litigation.
