State and Federal Funds. Provider acknowledges and agrees that Subcontractor or Health Plan receives State and federal payments under the State Contracts and CMS Contract and that payments Provider receives from or on behalf of Subcontractor or Health Plan are, in whole or in part, from State and federal funds. Provider is therefore subject to certain laws that are applicable to individuals and entities receiving State and federal funds.
State and Federal Funds. The school makes a commitment to continual fiscal professional development not only because it is required, but also because it recognizes the importance of sound financial policies/procedures and the importance of understanding the financial reporting and use requirements associated with state and federal funds. SPS recognizes the reality of an ever-changing landscape in public education finance and feels it is critical to the financial success of the school that its representatives stay up-to-date and informed on public finance changes and current issues. This will ensure that the SPS staff receives the latest and most accurate information available concerning technical requirements specific to school finance. Furthermore, SPS will ensure that its representatives attend future/ongoing trainings as they become available to ensure that the school manages and accounts for its funds in compliance with any revisions to rules governing the financial management of the school.
State and Federal Funds. All required transportation planning and programming activities necessary to maintain the HOST PROVIDER’s eligibility to receive Federal and State transportation funds.

Your responses to the following questions labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will dictate whether TIPS can list this awarded contract as viable to be considered for a federal fund purchase. Failure to certify all requirements labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will mean that your contract is listed as not viable for the receipt of federal funds. However, it will not prevent award. If you do enter into a TIPS Sale when you are accepting federal funds, the contract between you and the TIPS Member will likely require these same certifications.

  • Compliance with State and Federal Laws Debtor will maintain its existence, good standing and qualification to do business, where required, and comply with all laws, regulations and governmental requirements, including without limitation, environmental laws applicable to it or any of its property, business operations and transactions.
