Starting and Completion Dates. 5.1 Construction pursuant to this Agreement shall begin within thirty (30) days of Contractor's receipt of the building permit ("Commencement Date"). Owner agrees to do all acts, pay all fees, modify any plans and provide any and all documents to Contractor (including, but not limited to any bonding requirements) at Owner's sole cost and expense, which are required to obtain the building permit. Provided Owner complies with the provisions hereof, Contractor shall obtain from the building department the appropriate building permit.
