The officer-in-charge of the project who was responsible for taking delivery of the goods and/ or service from the supplier/ selected bidder shall prepare a reply of representation and shall represent the RISL’s stand before the standing committee. From the side of the supplier/ selected bidder, the claim case may be presented by himself or through a lawyer. After hearing both the parties, the standing committee shall announce its decision which shall be final and binding both on the supplier/ selected bidder and RISL. The standing committee, if it so decides, may refer the matter to the Board of Directors of RISL for further decision.
