Standby Power Sample Clauses

Standby Power. The Licensee shall maintain at least two and one half hour standby power at the hub facility, any sub-headend facilities, critical trunk areas, and fiber nodes. Such standby power shall have continuous capability, contingent upon availability of fuel necessary to operate the generators therefore, shall become activated automatically upon the failure of the normal power supply.

Standby Power. Grantee’s Cable System Headend shall be capable of providing at least twelve (12) hours of emergency operation. In addition, throughout the term of this Franchise, Grantee shall have a plan in place, along with all resources necessary for implementing such plan, for dealing with outages of more than four (4) hours. This outage plan and evidence of requisite implementation resources shall be presented to the Grantor no later than thirty (30) days following receipt of a request.
Standby Power. Grantee will provide standby power generating capacity at the Cable System headend and all hubs and any fiber optic nodes capable of providing emergency operations for at least forty-eight (48) hours. Grantee will maintain standby power system supplies, rated at least at two (2) hours duration, throughout the trunk and distribution networks. In addition, Grantee will have in place throughout the Term of this Franchise, a plan, and all resources necessary for implementation of the plan, for dealing with outages of more than two hours. Upon request, Grantee will provide a copy of the plan to the Grantor.

The Franchisee shall maintain standby power capable of at least twenty-four (24) hours duration at the headend and all hubs, with automatic response systems to alert the local management center when commercial power is interrupted.

In addition, Grantee shall have in place and have filed with the Grantor throughout the Franchise term a plan and all resources necessary for implementation of the plan, for dealing with outages of more than two hours.
Standby Power. The Franchisee shall maintain a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours standby power at the headend facility. Upon written request by the Franchising Authority or by its designee, Franchisee shall furnish evidence to the Franchising Authority on an annual basis that such standby power has been tested annually and is in good repair.
