Common use of Standby and Call In Clause in Contracts

(a) An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby outside her or his regularly scheduled working hours shall receive standby pay in the amount of three dollars and thirty cents ($3.30) per hour for the period of standby scheduled by the Employer.
