Common use of Standards of Care Clause in Contracts

Standards of Care. Subject to Section 5.5, the Manager shall discharge its duties under Section 5.3 and conduct all Operations in a good, workmanlike and efficient manner, in accordance with sound mining and other applicable industry standards and practices, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of all Underlying Agreements and Permits pertaining to the Assets.

Standards of Care.
