Standards of Appearance. The employee shall comply with the current standards of per- xxxxx appearance regulations posted by the Company, and with such reasonable amendments as shall be adopted by the Company. A Joint Committee, consisting of two (2) representatives of the Company and two (2) representatives of the Union, shall be convened periodically for the purpose of reviewing and, where indicated, rec- ommending changes in rules or policies relating to standards of appearance. In the event of a bona fide doubt as to whether an employee has complied with the Company’s standards on personal appearance, the matter shall be referred to the committee for a recommendation before action is taken, provided the committee can be convened and can make a joint recommendation within thirty-six (36) hours.
Standards of Appearance. As members of the MLC community, students must wear the official MLC uniform and be neat and well-groomed. The MLC Star is worn at all times. Jewellery is not permitted, with the exception of a wrist watch and one pair only of either earring studs or plain sleepers. No facial studs, sleepers or visible tattoos are allowed, hair must be tied back and hair colour must be appropriate. Students are not permitted to wear make-up or nail polish. Only badges relating to MLC activities may be worn.
Standards of Appearance a. The Employer has the right to establish and maintain reasonable standards concerning personal grooming and appearance and the wearing of uniforms and accessories, and such standards shall be discussed with the Union, posted by the Company and provided to each employee in new hire orientation.
Standards of Appearance. It is important that the Vessel operation meets the highest possible standards of appearance and Vessel smartness. To this end, the Owner and operator will institute a continuous program of Vessel maintenance. The hull, decks, deckhouse, and all appurtenances will be cleaned and preserved as necessary and painted as required. The interior of the Vessel's deckhouses will be maintained in a clean and orderly state, with all equipage properly and securely stowed. The main and auxiliary machinery spaces will be kept clean and free of excessive accumulations of oil and debris. All spaces will be lighted to allow safe operation and correct maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Standards of Appearance. The Company has a smart casual dress code and Temporary Workers may wear smart casual clothing to work. This does not include leggings, collar-less T-shirts or sportswear. Temporary Workers must however be cognisant of the fact that the Company presents a living showroom concept to its customers and facial piercing should be appropriate to this environment. Temporary Workers will be required to wear business attire when facing customers, the general public, or at events.
Standards of Appearance. When wearing the uniform, employees will present a neat uniform appearance: clothes cleaned, pressed and in acceptable state of repair (extremely faded or holes will be considered unserviceable), cap worn squarely on the head and tie neatly tied. Employees may be permitted to remove work shirt and cap while engaged in routine or leisure status only in the fire station or on the immediate grounds around the building, or as approved by the fire chief. In such circumstances, the approved t-shirt, polo shirt, job shirt, or sweatshirt, shall be worn, bare chest are not permitted. Personnel will change back into the approved uniform within thirty minutes after physical training or fire department training exercises. When not in station uniforms such as: When in PT clothes, Bunker Pants will be worn on emergencies. At no time will tennis shoes or PT clothes be worn on emergency responses as standalone uniform. Jewelry should be removed while engaged in responses or work that could cause injury to the firefighter; Earrings shall not be worn while on official duty. DOD service pins maybe worn on the jacket above the name or nameplate. For personnel safety it is highly recommend that necklaces be tucked inside of shirt.
