Standards and Policies. Most standards and policies regarding the use of aircraft are similar between agencies. When differences exist, the policy standards for the operator of the aircraft for the jurisdictional agency apply. Contracted aircraft are required to follow the agency policy(ies) they are contracted under.

Standards and Policies. Trading Partner shall comply with all standards and policies adopted and/or implemented by GS1 GDSN from time to time governing the GDSN and the GS1 Global RegistryTM, including, but not limited to, access and service level standards, acceptable use policies, developmental and technical functionality, certification and marketing, educational and training policies and standards. Trading Partner acknowledges that GS1 GDSN reserves the right to amend and modify such standards and policies and may introduce modifications, changes, enhancements, new versions and new releases to all or part of the GDSN from time to time. GS1 GDSN agrees that each policy and standard will be published and will be made available to Trading Partner’s Data Pool at least 120 days prior to the effective date, and further acknowledges that such amendment, modification, changes, etc. shall become effective as against such Trading Partner on the effective date thereof. Trading Partner agrees that in the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency or other question of interpretation concerning any standards or policies adopted by GS1 GDSN, the determination of the GS1 GDSN Board of Directors shall be conclusive and binding.
Standards and Policies. Starwood shall make the Standards and Policies, including any revisions and updates, available to Vistana in electronic form or such other format as Starwood may specify. Starwood shall have no obligation to provide Standards and Policies in a language other than English. Vistana at its expense shall maintain the necessary equipment at the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties to access and use in a secure manner the up-to-date Standards and Policies. If there is any dispute as to the contents of the Standards and Policies, the master versions maintained by Starwood shall control.

Standards and Policies. Supplier shall employ and maintain reasonable security that: (i) complies with Data Protection Laws; (ii) meets data security industry standards, including the International Organization for Standardization’s standards: ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (Information Security Management Systems – Requirements) and ISO-IEC 27002:2005 (Code of Practice for International Security Management); (iii) ensures the protection of ABA Data from unauthorized use, alteration, access, or disclosure; (iv) protects and ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of ABA Data; (v) prevents unauthorized access to, and unauthorized use of Supplier Systems and ABA Systems; (vi) ensures the availability of Supplier Systems: and (vii) prevents an Data Protection Incident or Illicit Code infection of ABA Systems.
