Standards and Insurance. All architects, engineers, experts and other consultants hired by Designer shall be required to meet all of the same standards and insurance requirements set forth in this Agreement, unless other standards or requirements are approved by the City in writing. Unless changes are approved in writing by the City, Designer’s agreements with its consultants shall contain a provision making them subject to all provisions stipulated in this Agreement.

Standards and Insurance. 7.1.a. Oscars Daycare Centre agree to provide a professional and reliable service to their customers. All animals under the care of Oscars Daycare Centre will be given the full care and attention needed to make their experience both fun and safe.
