Common use of Standard Workweek Clause in Contracts

Standard Workweek. The standard workweek for full-time employees shall be forty (40) hours in five (5) consecutive days with regularly established starting and ending times. Employees who are on standard workweeks shall receive three (3) weeks notice of any change in scheduled hours except in emergencies.
