Common use of Standard Work Week Clause in Contracts

Standard Work Week. The standard work week shall consist of thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours on day shift, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular days off for this shift, and any work performed on these days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided in Article 3.05, of this Agreement.

Standard Work Week. ‌ The standard work week shall consist is 40 hours, normally on 5 or fewer consecutive days. This provision does not prohibit deviations from this pattern based on temporary scheduling requirements of thirty-seven the Employer or based on agreement between an employee and one-half (37 1/2) the Employer. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a guarantee that an employee will have any particular number of hours on day shift, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular or work days off for this shift, and during any work performed on these days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided in Article 3.05week, but the Employer will negotiate with the Association before implementing a program of this Agreementunpaid furlough days.

Standard Work Week. The standard work week for all full-time and part- time employees shall consist be Monday through Friday. The days of thirty-seven and one-half work within the standard work week for all employees who work less than eighty (37 1/280) hours on day shift, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays biweekly shall be regular days off for this shift, and any work performed on these days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided in Article 3.05, of this Agreementscheduled by the Department Head.

Standard Work Week. The standard work week shall consist is 45 hours a week scheduled from Monday to Friday with a daily limit of thirty-seven 9 hours; or 10 hours from Monday to Thursday and one-half (37 1/2) 5 hours on day shift, Tuesday Friday. This weekly limit is 36 hours when the work week is reduced to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular 4 days off for this shift, and any work performed on these days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided in Article 3.05, of this Agreementdue to a statutory holiday occurring during the week.

Standard Work Week. (a) The standard regular work week for a full-time Employee shall consist of thirty-seven forty (40) hours made up of eight (8) hours per day, worked within eight and one-one- half (37 8-1/2) hours on day shiftcontinuous hours, Tuesday Monday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular days off for this shift, and any work performed on these days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided in Article 3.05, of this AgreementFriday.

Standard Work Week. A. The standard work week shall be forty (40) hours, except during shift or job change periods and shall consist of thirty-seven and one-half five (37 1/25) hours on day shift, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular calendar days of work with two (2) consecutive days off for this shift, and any except where alternative work performed schedules exist or operational needs require otherwise. The work week shall commence at 12:00 a.m. Thursday through 11:59 p.m. on these days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided in Article 3.05, of this Agreementthe following Wednesday.
