Standard Work Week. The standard work week shall consist of thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours on day shift, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular days off for this shift, and any work performed on these days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided in Article 3.05, of this Agreement.

This provision does not prohibit deviations from this pattern based on temporary scheduling requirements of thirty-seven the Employer or based on agreement between an employee and one-half (37 1/2) the Employer.
