Common use of Standard Tenant Improvement Package Clause in Contracts

Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the "Specifications") for some of the Building standard components which Tenant may elect to construct in the Premises (collectively, the "Standard Improvement Package"), which Specifications are set forth in Schedule 1 hereto. The quality of such Tenant Improvements shall at a minimum comply with the applicable Specifications.

Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the "SpecificationsSPECIFICATIONS") for some of the Building standard components which Tenant may elect to construct in the Premises (collectively, the "Standard Improvement PackageSTANDARD IMPROVEMENT PACKAGE"), which shall be available to Tenant upon request. Landlord may make changes to the Specifications are set forth in Schedule 1 hereto. The quality of such Tenant Improvements shall at a minimum comply with and the applicable SpecificationsStandard Improvement Package from time to time.

Landlord has established specifications (the "SpecificationsSPECIFICATIONS") for some the Building-standard components to be used in the construction of the Building standard components which Tenant may elect to construct Improvements in the Expansion Space and the Existing Premises (collectively, the "Standard Improvement PackageSTANDARD IMPROVEMENT PACKAGE"), which Specifications SPECIFICATIONS are set forth in Schedule 1 heretoavailable upon request. The quality of such Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of the Specifications, provided that Landlord may, at a minimum Landlord's option, require the Improvements to comply with the applicable certain Specifications.

Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the "SpecificationsSPECIFICATIONS") for some certain components to be used in the construction of the Building standard components which Tenant may elect to construct Improvements in the Premises (collectively, the "Standard Improvement Package")Premises, which Specifications are set forth attached hereto as Schedule 1. The Specifications shall not be changed thereafter unless required by change in Schedule 1 heretolaw or Code. The quality of such Tenant Improvements shall at a minimum comply with the applicable Specifications.
