Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the "Specifications") for the Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises (collectively, the "Standard Improvement Package"), which Specifications shall be supplied to Tenant by Landlord. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of the Specifications, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord's option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain Specifications. Landlord may make changes to the Specifications for the Standard Improvement Package from time to time.

Landlord has established specifications (the “Specifications”) for the Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises (collectively, the “Standard Improvement Package”), which Specifications shall be supplied to Tenant by Landlord within ten (10) business days after full execution of this Lease. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of the Specifications, provided that the Tenant Improvements shall comply with certain Specifications as designated by Landlord. Landlord may make changes to the Specifications for the Standard Improvement Package from time to time; provided however, Tenant shall not be obligated to comply with any such changes that are made after the date Landlord approves the Final Working Drawing, unless such change was required by Applicable Law.
Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the “Building Standard Tenant Improvements”) for the Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the office areas of the Premises, which Building Standard Tenant Improvements are set forth on Schedule 1, attached hereto. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of the Building Standard Tenant Improvements.
Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord and Tenant have established specifications (the "SPECIFICATIONS") for some of the Building standard components which Tenant may elect to construct in the Building (collectively, the "STANDARD IMPROVEMENT PACKAGE"). The Standard Improvement Package is attached as Schedule 2 to this Tenant Work Letter. Landlord may only make changes to the Specifications and the Standard Improvement Package from time to time with Tenant's prior written approval thereof. Tenant may deviate from the Specifications with Landlord's approval (as part of the approval of Construction Drawings).
Standard Tenant Improvement Package. The parties hereby agree and acknowledge that notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Lease or this Tenant Work Letter, to the extent any Tenant Improvements do not comply with the Specifications designated by Landlord, the maintenance and repair of such Tenant Improvements shall be the responsibility of Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the "Specifications") for some of the Building standard components which Tenant may elect to construct in the Premises (collectively, the "Standard Improvement Package"), which Specifications are set forth in Schedule 1 hereto. The quality of such Tenant Improvements shall at a minimum comply with the applicable Specifications.
Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the “Specifications”) for the current building standard doors, frames and relites & ceiling, lights and grid (to the extent existing improvements are not being reused) that Tenant will be required to comply with in connection with the Tenant Improvements, unless such Specifications are waived by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to Landlord’s prior approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, Tenant may construct areas within the Premises containing open ceilings and non-standard lighting and ceiling treatments which do not comply with the Specficiations.
Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established certain Building standard specifications for certain components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises (collectively, the “Building Standards “), which Building Standards have been received by Tenant. Tenant shall utilize materials and finishes in the construction of the Tenant Improvements which are not of lesser quality than the Building Standards. Landlord may make changes to the Building Standards from time to time, but any such changes made by Landlord after Tenant has commenced construction of the Tenant Improvements in any Construction Premises shall not be binding upon Tenant with respect to such applicable Construction Premises.

Unless other approved by Landlord (in Landlord's sole discretion), the quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of the Specifications, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord's option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain Specifications.
