Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the "Specifications") for the Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises (collectively, the "Standard Improvement Package"), which Specifications shall be supplied to Tenant by Landlord. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of the Specifications, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord's option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain Specifications. Landlord may make changes to the Specifications for the Standard Improvement Package from time to time.

Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the “Specifications”) for the Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises, which Specifications have been or shall be supplied to Tenant. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of the Specifications, provided that the Tenant Improvements shall comply with certain Specifications as designated by Landlord.

Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the “Specifications”) for the current building standard doors, frames and relites & ceiling, lights and grid (to the extent existing improvements are not being reused) that Tenant will be required to comply with in connection with the Tenant Improvements, unless such Specifications are waived by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to Landlord’s prior approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, Tenant may construct areas within the Premises containing open ceilings and non-standard lighting and ceiling treatments which do not comply with the Specficiations.
Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established certain Building standard specifications for certain components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises (collectively, the “Building Standards “), which Building Standards have been received by Tenant. Tenant shall utilize materials and finishes in the construction of the Tenant Improvements which are not of lesser quality than the Building Standards. Landlord may make changes to the Building Standards from time to time, but any such changes made by Landlord after Tenant has commenced construction of the Tenant Improvements in any Construction Premises shall not be binding upon Tenant with respect to such applicable Construction Premises.
