Standard Software software manufactured for a large number of different clients, without taking account of require- ments specified by the customer at the level of code. (4)
Standard Software. Software which has not been developed on the specific instructions of FMO or specifically for FMO.
Standard Software. For a period of [* * *], Supplier warrants that such Software substantially conforms to Specifications. AT&T’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty will be, for Supplier to, repair or replace nonconforming Software, or if repair or replacement is not possible, to refund the fees paid by AT&T for such non-conforming Software.
Standard Software. Software comprised of firmware or standard software (including, but not limited to packaged software, EESCO’s or Rockwell Automation’s preexisting templates, models and library files, and commercially available software) (collectively “Standard Software”) is subject to Customer’s acceptance of additional terms and conditions set forth in separate EESCO or Rockwell Automation or third- party click-wrap license agreements provided with such Standard Software. Such terms and conditions shall be the exclusive terms and conditions applicable to such Standard Software, excluding Customer’s obligation to pay any license fee which shall be identified in the Statement of Work.
Standard Software. Prognost warrants that the software sold to Purchaser will be free from clerical errors and will perform the functions defined in the applicable specifications. Prognost agrees to correct any such error or failure to perform which affects the functional performance of the system in which the program is used, provided written notice is given to Prognost within fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment of the system. Prognost will perform diagnostics via remote connection if required diagnostics which show no error or failure to perform will be for the account of Purchaser. This warranty is void if any program or equipment with which it is used is modified or if programs are improperly loaded by Purchaser. Any additional Prognost expenses which result from such Purchaser modifications or improper loading shall be for the account of Purchaser.
Standard Software. The following is a list of the standard licensed software applications supported by the KCFC Technology Services Department. This list may not include all software applications supported. Due to the unique processing requirements of each agency, there may be specific software products used by an agency that KCFC Technology Services will work with the agency and its vendors to support. Server Operating Systems Windows 2008*, Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Windows 2019 *Microsoft has issued end-of-life support warranties for the Server 2008 operating system. Because this operating system is no longer supported by Microsoft, KCFC Technology Services is phasing it out of the computing environment through a managed upgrade plan. This plan may include upgrading specific software applications in use by agencies that are running on servers with this older operating system. KCFC Technology Services will only support Windows 2008 operating systems that are within our responsibility to upgrade.
Standard Software. Standard Software. Except as provided for in Sections 4.2 and 4.3, Company B shall own all right, title and interest in the Intellectual Property Rights to the unmodified Standard Software and any accompanying unmodified Documentation, including without limitation any modifications or error corrections to the Standard Software made by Company X pursuant to the license granted in Section 3.1 herein; provided that Company B hereby grants to Company X a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, recompile, incorporate into the Company X Products, demonstrate, support, and distribute such modifications.

Such terms and conditions shall be the exclusive terms and conditions applicable to such Standard Software, excluding Buyer’s obligation to pay any license fee which shall be identified in the Statement of Work.
Standard Software. G.15.4.1 Utilize Primavera Project Planner (P3), or approved equivalent. Equivalent scheduling software must be approved before project schedule is developed and submitted.
