Standard of Service. (a) Seller represents, warrants and agrees that the Services shall be provided in good faith, and in a manner generally consistent with the historical provision of the Services and with the same standard of care as historically provided. Subject to Section 1.03, Seller agrees to assign sufficient resources and qualified personnel as are reasonably required to perform the Services in accordance with the standards set forth in the preceding sentence.
