Common use of Standard of Protection Clause in Contracts

Standard of Protection. Receiving Party will hold in confidence and not disclose Confidential Information to anyone, except as necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement, or as authorized by the Disclosing Party in writing, and agrees to limit access to Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party to employees and contractors of the Receiving Party who have signed confidentiality agreements containing protections no less stringent than those herein.
