Where required under Data Protection Laws, Data Processor or Data Processor’s Affiliates shall require Sub-Processors to abide by (a) the Standard Contractual Clauses for Data Processors established in third countries; or (b) another lawful mechanism for the transfer of Personal Data as approved by the European Commission.
