Standard Business Hours. The hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday through Friday excluding published Holidays provided in this agreement.
Standard Business Hours. Basic Telephone and Email support, as set forth below, will be provided during the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (federal and local holidays generally recognized in the State of Massachusetts excepted).
Standard Business Hours. Unless expressly provided otherwise in a Service Schedule, we will charge you on a time and materials basis for all work you ask us to perform outside our Standard Business Hours.

Standard Business Hours. SunnyHost’s Standard Business Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm AEST, excluding Public Holidays observed in Queensland, Australia. Customer support outside of Standard Business Hours is provided on an on-call basis. A call-out is defined as any work undertaken by SunnyHost or subcontractors outside of Standard Business Hours in response to the Customer’s request. This work may be undertaken remotely or your on-site business/residence if requested (additional fees may occur). SunnyHost reserves the right to modify its Standard Business Hours as required for operational reasons. Any changes, temporary or permanent, will be posted as a notice on the SunnyHost website.
Standard Business Hours. 8am-4.30pm Saturday to Thursday. All other time periods shall be considered OUTSIDE OF STANDARD BUSINESS HOURS.
Standard Business Hours i. M+R’s Standard Business Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time. Employees may set their Full Work Day for any of those time zones. In the event that an employee uses a time zone other than their respective work location, they must notify their supervisor in writing of the selected Standard Business Hours.
