Stakeholder Outreach. Advertisement and Logistics for Stakeholder Coordination – Handle all potential logistics as needed for each meeting to include but not be limited to scheduling meeting, identifying and reserving meeting locations, tables, chairs, food and drink (as approved by INDOT), media equipment, screens, comment cards and writing utensils. Provide laptops, meeting handouts, and exhibit boards. Prepare and mail all advertisements and invitations as well as manage meeting attendance responses.
Stakeholder Outreach. Grantee will coordinate with stakeholders through a listserv and the project web page. Grantee will provide quarterly status updates (at a minimum) to stakeholders, convene open semi-annual stakeholder meetings, and attend other stakeholder meetings to inform others about the project and solicit input. Stakeholders may provide input to project planning, monitoring, designing, reporting, and long-term operations, maintenance, and monitoring during these meetings. Grantee will announce the availability of major Xxxxx Deliverables on their website (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx) and via press releases to local newspapers. Grantee will maintain its online reference libraries for the project team and for stakeholders. The reference library for stakeholders will remain under Tuleyome’s main website.
Stakeholder Outreach. The Consultant will initiate and facilitate discussions with key stakeholder groups such as public transit, freight, bike/walk advocates, and disadvantaged populations throughout Missoula County. In addition to traditional measures such as roundtables and one-on-one interviews, the Consultant will conduct ride-alongs with freight and transit drivers and partner with agencies serving disadvantaged populations to hold two drop-in sessions (or similar) at central ADA- compliant locations such as the Missoula Library or Soft Landings office. The Consultant will also complete one-on-one interviews with local agencies that may not be heavily involved in the LRTP process but can offer significant insight into the community’s needs such as City Parks and Recreation, City Public Works Department, County Parks, Trails and Open Lands, and the Office of Emergency Management. The Consultant will coordinate specifically with liaisons for the County Commissioners and Missoula City Council to ensure these legislative bodies are briefed and offered opportunities for individual feedback.
Stakeholder Outreach. CONTRACTORS’s sub-contractor, Balance Hydrologics, Inc., shall lead the effort to obtain approval of the CLOMR from the Monterey County Water Resources Agency (MCWRA). Budget is allocated for one (1) in-person meeting with MCWRA staff to present the document, coordinate their review, and facilitate their signing of the FEMA MT-2 forms. Budget is allocated to respond to comments and reissue the document as needed. Balance Hydrologics, Inc. shall also assist CONTRACTOR and the overall Project team in engaging other Project stakeholders as needed. This task is budgeted to cover two (2) additional meetings and subsequent communication.
Stakeholder Outreach. The Engineer shall prepare for and attend Kick-off Meeting, All Scoping Meetings, Resource Agency Meetings and all other meetings as needed prior to NOI. The Engineer shall assist the State in conducting meetings with various entities to include, but not limited to, agencies, elected officials, public officials, special interest groups, and concerned property owners to discuss and review the alternatives, environmental analyses, and schematic design. We assume up to two meetings per month for 60 months. The Engineer shall document and respond to issues discussed at the meetings. The Engineer shall prepare the constraints matrix and other materials to present at stakeholder meetings.
Stakeholder Outreach. The Consultant shall assist in up to three (3) meetings, each two (2) hours in duration, of small stakeholder groups to discuss specific issues of the project with the appropriate consultant staff and City representatives. Stakeholders may include property owners, tenants, and other key interest holders. Task 2 Deliverables: • Public Outreach Support materials, exhibits, and summaries – As coordinated with City Task 3 – Field Investigations
3.1 Private Utility Locate Existing as-built records of the Mirror Pond Parking Lot do not clearly indicate the presence and location of existing underground utilities at the project site. HHPR shall coordinate with a Private Locating Company to conduct a non- destructive private underground locating sweep of the project site. HHPR will then coordinate with the Project Surveyor to schedule and conduct a field survey of the private utility markings and update the project base files. No additional pot-holing services to determine exact utility depths or locations are anticipated at this time.
Stakeholder Outreach. State Parks, City of Westport and Westport Golf INC. will schedule meetings with the Tribal government/s and key stakeholders to present them the information gathered during the pre-scoping analysis and seek feedback on the preliminary draft.
Stakeholder Outreach o Preparation of materials and participation in meetings with potential investors, sponsors, stakeholders, government agencies and other consultants to discuss proposals and project-related information and to finalize PPP structure details ahead of the evaluation process.
Stakeholder Outreach. DSHS welcomes innovative strategies proposed by Contractor for stakeholder outreach, in addition to or as part of efforts detailed below. Anticipated start date for school/community-based events/outreach is no later than March 7, 2020. Events/outreach may continue through August 31, 2020.
a) Implement ongoing outreach efforts to share campaign materials with statewide stakeholders, strengthening and leveraging existing relationships while establishing and building new relationships.
b) Outreach Tactics
i. Community leaders and influencers outreach
a. Contractor must work with DSHS to reach out to and engage community leaders and influencers, which includes but is not limited to youth-serving organizations, school districts, faith-based organizations, health nonprofits, Education Service Centers, and colleges and universities.
ii. Health fairs at high schools, middle schools, colleges and universities
a. Contractor must work with community colleges and universities, placing a priority on public health regions with an adult smoking rate that is higher than the state average. Health fairs and student events will also serve as opportunities to distribute educational materials and talk with students about the dangers of e-cigarette use.
iii. Contractor must explore leveraging existing DSHS tobacco youth/college stakeholder programs to assist in outreach, such as “Say What!” and “Peers Against Tobacco,” amplifying the message with influencers and bloggers.
a. Contractor will expand influencer and blogger outreach via paid partnerships with Texas youth-based bloggers/influencers to amplify campaign’s message.
b. Contractor will send to DSHS a list of bloggers and influencers for review and DSHS approval.
iv. Exhibit at community events
a. Contractor must have a presence at community events throughout Texas to reach youth and young adults (for example, Austin City Limits, Texas State Fair, PRIDE Houston/Dallas, Fiesta Days, and Houston Rodeo).
v. Contractor must explore leveraging existing DSHS tobacco youth stakeholder programs to assist in outreach, as well as other stakeholder outreach that supports the goals of the campaign, including Texas Tobacco 21 stakeholders and tobacco retailers.
Stakeholder Outreach. Pinyon assumes that KDG will be solely responsible for any stakeholder outreach required.
