Stakeholder Meeting. 1. Navient will hold one Stakeholder Meeting with the Class Representatives to gather feedback on issues the Class Representatives allegedly faced with respect to PSLF. This Stakeholder Meeting shall take place within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, or at such other time as may be agreed by the Parties. The Stakeholder Meeting shall take place in person at a location to be determined by Navient unless the Class Representatives elect to appear by telephone or video conference. A representative from Navient with decision-making authority with respect to the Business Practice Enhancements is required to be in attendance. Navient will notify Class Counsel of any updates to the Business Practice Enhancements in Section V.B on the basis of the Stakeholder Meeting within sixty (60) days after the Stakeholder Meeting.

Stakeholder Meeting. Objective: To assist the Agency at up to three “stakeholder meetings” (during the 30 percent and 60 percent design phases) involving businesses (school district) and various utility providers directly affected by the proposed improvements to gain their collective insight and opinion as to what improvements should be selected as the preferred alternative for construction. Stakeholder Meeting. Following the field visits, the evaluator will conduct a stakeholder meeting that brings together the implementing partners and other interested parties. During the meeting, the evaluator will present the major preliminary findings and emerging issues, solicit recommendations, and obtain clarification or additional information from stakeholders, including those not interviewed earlier. The agenda is expected to include some of the following items: • Presentation by the evaluator of the preliminary findings, • Feedback and questions from stakeholders on the findings, • Opportunity for implementing partners not met to present their views on progress and challenges in their locality, • Discussion of recommendations to improve the implementation and ensure sustainability. Consideration will be given to the value of distributing a feedback form for participants to nominate their “action priorities” for the remainder of the project. The evaluator and project staff will agree on the final stakeholder meeting participant list and agenda during fieldwork. The evaluator will organize a debriefing with USDOL following the stakeholder workshop to share preliminary findings and solicit feedback as needed.
Stakeholder Meeting. TJKM will facilitate up to two stakeholder meetings through virtual conferencing platform, e.g., GoToMeeting, Zoom with the potential stakeholders. These include at a minimum community residents, businesses, schools, and first responders (Coalinga Police Department and Coalinga Fire Department).   • Company Meetings Attendance at Company meetings (as distinguished from store meetings) shall not be required, but shall be completely voluntary on the part of the employee.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Scoping Meeting 4.2.1 A scoping meeting will be held within ten (10) Business Days after the Interconnection Request is deemed complete, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. The Utility and the Interconnection Customer will bring to the meeting personnel, including system engineers and other resources as may be reasonably required to accomplish the purpose of the meeting. The scoping meeting may be omitted by mutual agreement in writing.

  • Disciplinary Meeting Supervisors shall give employees a forty-eight (48) hour notice, whenever possible, of planned disciplinary meetings. If the Xxxxxxx and the employee agree, the disciplin- ary meeting can be held less than forty-eight (48) hours after notification, but the Xxxxxxx or employee cannot refuse to hold an immediate meeting if circumstances require it. Supervisors shall give employees the opportunity to have a Union Xxxxxxx present for an oral warning, a written warning, a notice of suspension, or a notice of discharge. Employees will be given an opportunity to hear the evidence and respond to the evidence supporting suspension or discharge while still in pay status. Non- supervisory co-workers, other than a Union Xxxxxxx of the employee's choice, shall not be present in another employee's disciplinary meeting. In cases of immediate suspension or discharge, the supervisor will meet with the Xxxxxxx and employee prior to the employee being required to leave the facility. However, neither the refusal of the Union Xxxxxxx to participate nor their unavailability shall abridge the Employer's right to take disciplinary action.

  • Pre-Disciplinary Meeting The College will schedule a pre-disciplinary meeting to permit the faculty member to respond to a notice of intent to discipline. At the beginning of any pre-disciplinary meeting, the College will describe its proposed discipline and the general reasons for issuing the proposed discipline.

  • Informal Meeting Before a formal hearing is conducted the University President or designee shall call a meeting with the charging party, the accused Bargaining Unit Faculty Member, and a representative of the AAUP-WSU. The purpose of this meeting shall be to attempt resolution of the matter through informal discussion.
