Common use of Stage One Clause in Contracts

Stage One. The employee(s) and/or their representative will contact the relevant manager and attempt to settle the issue at that level.

Stage One. The employee(s) and/or their representative employee will contact the relevant supervisor/manager and to attempt to settle the issue at that level.

Stage One. The employee(s) employees and/or their representative will contact the relevant manager Manager and attempt to settle resolve the issue concern or complaint at that level.

Stage One. The employee(s) employee/s and/or their chosen employee representative will contact the relevant manager notifying him/her that a dispute exists and attempt to settle the issue at that level.
