Common use of Stage 2 Clause in Contracts

Stage 2. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 1, the grievor may submit the grievance to the Executive Director, or his designee, who shall hold a meeting with the grievor and his/her union representative at a mutually agreeable time within ten (10) days of receipt of the request. The Executive Director shall deliver his/her decision in writing within ten (10) days of the meeting. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 2, the grievor may submit his/her grievance to arbitration as set out below.

Stage 2. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 1, the grievor may submit the grievance to the Executive Director, or his designee, who shall hold a meeting with the grievor and his/her union representative at a mutually agreeable time within ten five (105) working days of receipt of the request. The Executive Director shall deliver his/her his decision in writing within ten five (105) working days of the meeting. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 2, the grievor may submit his/her grievance to arbitration as set out belowbelow in Article 10.

Stage 2. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 1, the grievor may submit the grievance to the Executive DirectorDirector or designate, or his designeewithin ten (10) working days of the Supervisor’s response in Stage 1, who shall hold a meeting with the grievor and his/her union representative a Union Representative at a mutually mutual agreeable time within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the requestrequest of such meeting. The Executive Director or designate shall deliver his/her a decision in writing within ten (10) working days of the meeting. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 2this stage, the grievor grievance may submit his/her grievance be submitted to arbitration as set out below.

Stage 2. The Executive Director shall deliver his/her decision in writing within ten seven (107) days of the meeting. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 2, the grievor may submit his/her grievance to arbitration as set out belowin Article 9 (Arbitration).

Stage 2. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 1, the grievor may submit the grievance to the Executive DirectorManager, Human Resources or his designeedesignate, who shall hold a meeting with the grievor and his/her union representative at a mutually agreeable time within ten fifteen (1015) days of receipt of the request. The Executive Director Manager, Human Resources shall deliver his/her decision in writing within ten five (105) days of the meeting. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 2, the grievor may submit his/her grievance to arbitration as set out below.
