Staffing Structure. The YES staff in PY 2011 will be comprised of employees currently working in the program, all of whom have received background checks in compliance with CPI’s personnel procedures and policies and with all funder requirements. For detailed descriptions of staff duties and staff resumes, please refer to the job descriptions in Attachment E. o YES Program Manager (1, full-time) o Youth Specialists (3, full-time) o Director of Vocational Services (1, 12% FTE) Facilities & Hours of Operation Business hours for the YES program are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. YES staff is also prepared to respond to certain emergency situations, regardless of the time of day. The YES program is currently operating out of the SouthBank Building in Downtown Durham. The YES program shares space and resources with two other CPI programs. The space is approximately 2,600 square feet and complies with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The YES program occupies approximately half of the available space. The building is located 353 yards from the Durham Station Transportation Center, the hub of Durham’s transportation services. Staffing Structure. It is agreed that employees can and should make significant contributions to the operation of the centres. To this end, the University will consult with employees when considering any changes to the organizational or staffing structure of a centre.
Staffing Structure. The Provider agrees to present to the Commissioner’s Manager at the start of the Agreement period and at any such time as the information may change, an organisational chart detailing its staffing and management structure. All employed staff will be seconded and will have their working hours agreed by the service provider and commissioner in line with the terms and conditions of the seconding organisation. Staffing Structure. As mentioned at section 4, Pennine Housing is very much the public face of the very sheltered housing service. This gives Pennine Housing accountability for, and interest in, ALL services provided, including those that go beyond the services for which Pennine Housing is directly responsible. On this basis, there is a need for Pennine Housing to oversee and monitor the quality of all the different services provided to tenants of the schemes.   • Staffing Consultant will designate in writing to Authority its representative, and the manner in which it will provide staff support for the project, which must be approved by Authority. Consultant must notify Authority’s Contract Representative of any change in personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract, and the Authority’s Contract Representative has the right to reject the person or persons assigned to fill the position or positions. The Authority’s Contract Representative shall also have the right to require the removal of the Consultant’s previously assigned personnel, including Consultant’s representative, provided sufficient cause for such removal exists. The criteria for requesting removal of an individual will be based on, but not limited to, the following: technical incompetence, inability to meet the position’s qualifications, failure to perform, poor attendance, ethics violation, unsafe work habits, or damage to Authority or other property. Upon notice for removal, Consultant shall replace such personnel with personnel substantially equal in ability and qualifications for the positions and shall submit the proposed replacement personnel qualification and abilities to the Authority, in writing, for approval.

  • Classification Structure All employees working under this Agreement shall be classified according to the skill based classification structure set out in Appendix A.

  • Agreement Structure 2.1 An “Agreement” hereunder shall consist of this Master Agreement, the Schedule, and their applicable attachments and represents the complete and exclusive agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter of the Schedule, and replaces any prior oral or written communications between the Parties relating thereto. Each Lease is effective when the Schedule containing such Lease is executed by the Parties thereto.
