Staffing Complement. The staffing complement in the Custodial/Maintenance Bargaining Unit will not be reduced below 396/36 FTE. The custodial staff complement will be discussed with the Union at Labour/Management as the Board’s accommodation plan is implemented. An increase in the net number of buildings maintained by the custodial group will be reflected in an increase in the complement number of custodians in the Board.

Staffing Complement. The staffing complement in the Custodial/Maintenance Bargaining Unit will not be reduced below 412/38 FTE. The custodial staff complement will be discussed with the Union at Labour/Management as the Board’s accommodation plan is implemented. An increase in the net number of buildings maintained by the custodial group will be reflected in an increase in the complement number of custodians in the Board. By November 15th of each year, the Superintendent of Education/Facilities Services or designate will provide the Union with the total complement allocation for the Custodial and Maintenance groups. Questions about the per school allocation of staffing will be discussed, as requested, at the Labour Management Committee.

A minimum staff complement of four (4) permanent active members of the Senior Resource Staff shall be maintained by the Association at all times. OECTASA agrees that in the filling of temporary assignments, both interim and secondments, that there shall be a reasonable time period to allow OECTA to fill said positions, as per the Association's established consistent practice. Nothing in this Letter of Understanding negates or diminishes the variance between the parties, dated the 9th day of March, 2013. This Letter of Understanding expires on June 30, 2016, at which time Letters of Intent #1 is no longer suspended.

Notwithstanding the paragraph above, the parties agree that should a member of OECTASA provide written notice to the Association of his/her intent to retire, effective during the freeze period, the Association may choose not to fill the resulting vacancy at that time.

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Business Continuity Registry Operator shall maintain a business continuity plan, which will provide for the maintenance of Registry Services in the event of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator or business failure of Registry Operator, and may include the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider. If such plan includes the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider, Registry Operator shall provide the name and contact information for such Registry Services continuity provider to ICANN. In the case of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator where the Registry Operator cannot be contacted, Registry Operator consents that ICANN may contact the designated Registry Services continuity provider, if one exists. Registry Operator shall conduct Registry Services Continuity testing at least once per year.

  • Project Implementation 2. The Borrower shall:

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection. Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
