Staffing Adjustments. Consultant may make necessary staffing adjustments (other than Key Personnel) to the proposed staff (as shown in Consultant’s Breakdown of Costs for Services) provided: the alternate staff are appropriately qualified to complete the assigned tasks, any changes do not exceed approved billing rate maximums for the classification, and the Services can be completed without exceeding WOC (or task, if applicable) NTEs. Consultant shall e-mail notice to Agency Project Manager (“APM”) prior to implementing needed changes to staffing assignments.
Staffing Adjustments. Each September the Joint Staffing Committee will examine the actual enrolment, as compared to projected enrolment, in each school. A meeting of the Joint Staffing Committee shall be scheduled no later than the third week in September to review the enrolment and school needs data and make recommendations to the Board and Union for possible adjustments to staffing, if necessary. The Joint Staffing Committee will make recommendations to Senior Administration concerning necessary adjustments to staffing in each school. No adjustment in staffing during the school year will be made except by prior consultation with and approval by the Joint Staffing Committee.

Contractor shall email notice to APM prior to implementing needed changes to staffing assignments.

During the term of the WOC, Consultant may make necessary staffing/classification adjustments (other than Key Personnel) to the proposed staff/classifications as shown in Consultant’s BOC provided: the alternate staff/classifications are appropriately qualified to complete the assigned tasks, the billing rate for an alternate staff/classification does not exceed the classification billing rate maximum listed in the firm’s approved ESR or NBR on file with Agency (see limitations in Exhibit B, Part 2, section J – Specific Limitations and Unallowable Charges), and the Services can be completed without exceeding WOC (or task, if applicable) NTE amount(s). Agency reserves the right to require Consultant to provide notice to APM prior to implementing needed changes to staffing assignments.
