Staff Time. HEARTLAND and VILLAGE agree that for the costs of review by staff necessary for the negotiation of this Agreement before approval and review of the development of the Property, HEARTLAND shall reimburse the VILLAGE as required by the VILLAGE.

Staff Time. OWNER and VILLAGE agree that for the costs of review by staff necessary for the review of the development of the Property, OWNER shall reimburse the VILLAGE as required in the Village Ordinances. This obligation shall commence upon the Village’s approval of this Agreement.
Staff Time. AGENCY agrees to a blended rate of $85 per hour for staff services outside of the monthly retainer fee including art direction, photo direction, graphic design, creative writing, copywriting, public relations, social media, and web design and a rate of $110 per hour for AGENCY computer programming outside the scope of web design. Any advanced programming requirements outside the AGENCY’s capabilities will be estimated and presented for approval.
Staff Time. Source documents for Provider’s time for dedicated staff shall include a statement that all time was spent on the Services and shall be signed by the dedicated staff member or the dedicated staff member’s supervisor.   • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.

  • Lunch Time The “duty free” lunch time for assistants will be the same length as the building lunch time for students provided that the lunch is no less than thirty (30) minutes in length.

  • Daylight Savings Time Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Turnaround Time The number of hours between scheduled shifts shall not be less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours. Violations shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the shift following the hours of rest.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.
