Provides support and timely information to facilitate the achievement of committee goals. Strategic Planning Oversight Conducts an Annual Needs Assessment based upon the previous year’s Annual Performance Audit, which measures student and staff performance. Leads the school in assessing long- and short-term needs based on staff, committee, and community input. Articulates the means by which the school’s programs can be developed to realize the school’s vision. Communicates and collaborates with school community to meet planning needs. The Vermont State Dental Clinic staff shall collect a $3.00 co-payment from Medicaid beneficiaries as cited above except in the following cases where co-payment is never required: recipients in a participating long term care (LTC) facility, recipients under age 21, or recipients who are pregnant or in a 60-day post-pregnancy period. Dental Coverage under the Reachup Program: in some cases, the Reachup Program will authorize the expenditure of funds for dental services for its enrollees above and beyond the Medicaid cap. Criteria for approval and dollar amounts available are determined on a case-by- case basis by Reachup staff.
Staff Supervision. (a) A supervisor will provide leadership and is responsible for monitoring the performance of staff and providing support to staff whose performance is assessed as requiring improvement. Where possible, supervisors will be competent in the areas of expertise of the staff for whom they are responsible. Academic supervisors will normally be classified, where possible, at Level C or above on the academic stream.
Staff Supervision. When directed by the Chair or his/her designate, the Senior SR shall supervise the other employees.
Staff Supervision. Staff members should become familiar with this procedure and should enforce the rules concerning appropriate use when their duties include supervision using the Internet. When in the course of their duties staff members become aware of student violation of this policy, they should correct the student and address the matter in accordance with this procedure and the Board of Education’s general disciplinary policies and procedures. Teachers are not to be held accountable for what the student may access through the Internet beyond instructional directives.
