Staff Ratios. AFFILIATE shall maintain sufficient administrative and professional supervision of the Student(s) and SCHOOL Instructors, if applicable, to ensure that the continuity and quality of service to patients and/or other AFFILIATE clients are maintained. AFFILIATE shall not decrease the normal number of its staff as a result of the assignment of Students to AFFILIATE. Students shall have the status of learners and shall not be used to replace staff of AFFILIATE. AFFILIATE is ultimately responsible for all patient care provided to its patients.

Staff Ratios. Outside of CLEAR, NJP shall make every effort to employ at least one (1) Legal Assistant for every three (3) advocates (i.e. senior attorneys, attorneys, paralegals, housing counselors) in an office. Due to the unique needs of each office/unit, if an employee believes additional capacity is warranted, a request may be made to the appropriate Senior Attorney.   • Fund Availability Financial obligations of the University payable after the current Fiscal Year are contingent upon funds for that purpose being appropriated, budgeted, and otherwise made available.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • High Availability Registry Operator will conduct its operations using network and geographically diverse, redundant servers (including network-­‐level redundancy, end-­‐node level redundancy and the implementation of a load balancing scheme where applicable) to ensure continued operation in the case of technical failure (widespread or local), or an extraordinary occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of the Registry Operator.   • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.
