STAFF HANDBOOK. 16.1 The employment of the Executive shall also be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to Barclays staff contained in the Barclays Staff Handbook ‘You & Barclays’ (as may be amended from time to time) except where these are inconsistent with, or specifically dealt with by, the provisions of this Agreement, in which case the provisions of this Agreement shall apply.

STAFF HANDBOOK. It is expressly understood that teacher "staff handbooks" shall not be distributed to teachers without the prior review and consultation of the Building Committee (Faculty Committee).

STAFF HANDBOOK. A Staff Handbook will be reviewed at the beginning of each school year with all teachers. The Handbook will outline school and District procedures. Each year the Handbook will be updated by the Staff Handbook Committee. The Staff Handbook Committee will be composed of three (3) administrative representatives designated by the Superintendent and three (3) representatives designated by the Association president(s). The Staff Handbook Committee will meet beginning in April so all updates are completed by the end of the school year.
STAFF HANDBOOK. The Joint Employer’s may publish a Staff Handbook containing detailed information about the procedures and policies. If the Joint Employer’s does so you will be required to familiarise yourself with it’s content, keep up to date with any changes and generally abide by it’s provisions. If you are uncertain on any point in the Staff Handbook, then discuss it with a Director. The Staff Handbook (when published) is not contractual and the Joint Employer’s may change it from time to time.
STAFF HANDBOOK. The Company may publish a Staff Handbook containing detailed information about the Company’s procedures and policies, If the Company does so, you will be required to familiarise yourself with its content, keep up to date with any changes, and generally to abide by its provisions. If you are uncertain on any point contained in the Staff Handbook, you should discuss it with a Director. The Staff Handbook (when published) is not contractual, and the Company may change it from time to time.
