Staff Experience. Information on the personnel handling this project listing pertinent experience and technical qualifications. The format of individual resumes for key personnel should be as follows:
Staff Experience. This section should introduce the key staff that the firm shall commit to the project and include: • An Organizational Chart that shows the Project Manager, Task Leaders, subconsultants, and other key team members. If the Project Manager is not an Officer of the firm, include a Project Director that is authorized to sign contracts for the firm. • Biographical sketches of each staff member that consultant expects to lead each task, reason(s) why the staff member was selected to lead the task, and a statement that the proposed staff members are available during the proposed schedule for the task. Include resumes in an appendix, which will not be included in the page count. Include the biographical sketches and resumes of any subcontractors that have key roles on the project. • Current work load for the proposed team members as it relates to the ability to perform this work to the planned project schedule. • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with summary of hours by task and by labor class for the project team members. This should be provided in a table format. Tasks shall align with those set forth in Appendix C Scope of Work. Do not include rates or total cost in the technical proposal.

  • General Experience The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: -

  • Independent Expert The Parties and the other signatories may, upon written agreement, resort to an independent expert in order to obtain a well-grounded opinion that may lead to the settlement of the dispute or controversy. In case such agreement is signed, arbitration may only be filed after issuance of the expert’s opinion.

  • Work Experience Formula hour equivalents will be given on the basis of the following number of students enrolled at fourth week census: 5-14 students enrolled = 1 (one) formula hour 15-24 students enrolled = 2 (two) formula hours 25-34 students enrolled = 3 (three) formula hours

  • Role of Experts 1. On request of a disputing Party, or on its own initiative, the Panel may seek information and technical advice from any person or body that it deems appropriate. The requirements set out in subparagraphs (b) and (c) of Article 178 (Qualifications of Panelists) shall apply to the selection of experts or groups, as appropriate. 2. Before the Panel seeks information or technical advice, appropriate procedures shall be established in consultation with the disputing Parties. The Panel shall: (a) notify the Parties, in advance, of its intention to seek information or technical advice pursuant to paragraph 1, establishing an adequate time period for the Parties to make the comments and observations that they deem convenient; and (b) provide the disputing Parties with a copy of any information or technical advice received pursuant to paragraph 1, and with a period of time for the Parties to submit its comments. 3. When the Panel takes into consideration the information or technical advice sought pursuant to paragraph 1 for the preparation of its report, it shall also take into account any comments or observations submitted by the disputing Parties with respect to such information or technical advice.

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk. Holder has experience as an investor in securities of companies in the development stage and acknowledges that Holder can bear the economic risk of such Holder’s investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that Holder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and/or has a preexisting personal or business relationship with the Company and certain of its officers, directors or controlling persons of a nature and duration that enables Holder to be aware of the character, business acumen and financial circumstances of such persons.

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years.
