Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. 47. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any complaint to the Commission or request the Commission to hold a hearing or issue any other order in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of Xxxxx in relation to any of the facts set out in Part III of this agreement or in relation to the allegations set out in the notice of hearing and/or the statement of allegations.

If this settlement Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any complaint to the Commission or request the Commission to hold a hearing or issue any order or initiate any other order proceeding or prosecution against the Xxxxxx Group, including any proceedings under section 128 of the Act, in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of Xxxxx the Xxxxxx Group in relation to any of the facts set out in Part III of this agreement or in relation to the allegations set out in the notice of hearing and/or the statement of allegationsSettlement Agreement.

If this settlement Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any complaint to the Commission or request in accordance with the Commission to hold a hearing or issue any other order in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of Xxxxx in relation to any of procedures described herein and such further procedures as may be agreed upon between Staff and the facts set out in Part III of this agreement or in relation to the allegations set out in the notice of hearing and/or the statement of allegationsRespondent.
