Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. 34. If this settlement agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Affinity Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this settlement agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 38 below.

If the Commission approves this settlement agreement is approved by the CommissionSettlement Agreement, Staff will not initiate commence any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Affinity Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this settlement agreementSettlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 38 29 below.

If this settlement agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Affinity Respondents XxXxxxxxxx in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this settlement agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 38 42 below.
