Stadium. (i) FIFA will select at least one (1) Stadium in each host city of the Competitions, including in the Host City. The Host City shall support and assist FIFA and the LOC in connection with the selection process of such Stadium in relation to the Competitions in such manner as requested by FIFA and/or the LOC, which may include the provision of any relevant information on public transportation, local security and any other matters of interest, the provision of maps as well as the attendance of inspection tours, further workshops and meetings by key personnel and representatives of the Host City.

Stadium. Solutions AB's obligations under its lease agreement is guaranteed in full by Stadium Sweden AB. (2) The Nyköping Property is let to Nyköping Municipality under two lease agreements. The first lease agreement is for 27,900 sqm, with an estimated rental income in 2017 of SEK 16,520,801 and the second lease agreement is for 16,967 sqm, with an estimated rental income in 2017 of SEK 20,098,088. (3) Aditro Logistics AB has, under the lease agreement, an exclusive right to use the rest of the Jönköping Property, in addition to the building. (4) Property tax is paid through supplements in the Norrköping Property and the Nyköping Property. In the Jönköping Property, the property tax is covered by the landlord. (5) Maintenance and repairs are generally handled and paid by each tenant, with certain exceptions. For example , the landlord is responsible for the operating- and maintenance costs relating to the structure or to the outside surfaces of buildings, and for all base installations such as heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitation. Stadium. 3.1 General lay-out
Stadium. The City agrees to cause the Stadium. and the Stadium Area to be completed consistent with the Plans and Specifications, and shall in all material respects meet the requirements of this Agreement; and shall in all respects meet all applicable federal, state and local zoning, fire code, building and health department statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations.
Stadium. Stadium" means the baseball stadium known as Skylands ------- Park, and any successor stadium at the same location known by the same, similar or different name, together with all parking areas, grass fields, fixtures, equipment, additions, alterations, improvements, appurtenances and the like located thereon or related thereto, located generally at the intersection of U.S. Route 206, New Jersey Route 15, and Sussex County Route 565, all in Frankford Township, Sussex County, New Jersey; provided, however, that the -------- ------- "Stadium" shall not include any of the skyboxes in Skylands Park or any of the --- ancillary buildings or facilities within the complex in which the Stadium is located, including but not limited to the recreational facility, the sporting goods store, the exhibition hall, and the clubhouse and administrative building in such complex.
Stadium. “BSC shallhave the right to use the Stadium for the exhibition of Buccaneers’ NFL Games and Buccaneers’ Events, and for such other purposes as are contemplated hereby, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.” Section 7, page 36.
