Spring Recess. If a hard shutdown is declared for spring recess, a 52-week employee who plans to work shall notify the Employee Services Manager by February 15 that his/her worksite will be shut down and he/she needs to be relocated to another worksite during spring recess. The employee shall be notified of his/her alternate worksite by March 1.
Spring Recess. Drivers with the fewest accumulated vacation hours shall be given priority for spring recess driving assignments.

Spring Recess. NOTE: The Business Administrator, after conferring with the appropriate representative of the Association, will assign those days that are detailed above. All 12 month operations and maintenance personnel who work during the period that 12 month clerical are absent for Christmas, Mid-Winter, and Spring Recesses, shall be paid at their straight time rate.
Spring Recess. The child shall reside with each parent for one half of their spring recess from school. In the event the spring recess includes the Easter holiday, whichever parent is scheduled to have custody of the child for Easter shall have custody during that portion of the spring recess, and the other parent shall have custody of the child during the other portion. In the event the spring recess does not include the Easter holiday, whichever parent is scheduled to have the child the first weekend of the spring recess in accordance with the custody schedule shall have custody of the child during the first portion, and the other parent shall have custody of the child during the second portion. The "first portion" shall begin after the child's last school class period and shall end at 6:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of spring recess. The "second portion" shall begin at 6:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of spring recess and shall end at 6:00 p.m. the evening before school resumes after spring recess when the custody schedule reverts back to the regular schedule.
