Common use of Spread of Hours Clause in Contracts

Spread of Hours. (i) The ordinary hours of work for all employees shall be worked between Monday and Friday inclusive between the hours of 2:00 am and 6:00 pm and shall not exceed 10 hours in any one day exclusive of unpaid meal breaks.
